The Golden Rule in online marketing is relevant to the fact that in social media marketing, writers have the ability to offer people something they want and something they can buy from you that is related.

In a great move by The McClatchy newspaper, which owns the Fresno Bee. They are giving commissions and selling more internet ads than print. Just the beginning of a new trend.
